The planting depth is crucial for corn seed germination and overall growth. Usually, the seed depth of corn is about 1.5 to 2 inches deep. It is important to note that there are some hidden traps. Some factories use recycled plastics for production. That is, recycled plastics mixed into new plastic particles for injection molding. This usually occurs on plastic parts that are mottled or have a lot of water ripples.

2. Metal electroplating and plastic spraying

3. Metal selection and welding

Good metal fasteners can protect the environment while also providing strength. Users often confused that why fasteners cannot be used after multiple disassembly steps. This is because inferior machines use low-strength nickel-plated fasteners instead of zinc-plated ones.


The welding process of the planter teeth is also very important. Poor quality products may only have one welding point (you can check your planter teeth) and may cause tooth breakage after long-term use. High-quality products are welded on both sides to ensure the strength of the teeth.
