Why you will choose to use push seeder in your farm field/ garden?

Can you tell me the difference between each type of push seeder/ push planter?
In the attached picture, Haudin push planters can be divided into 5 categories. First, you need to clarify your needs, such as the seed size you want to plant, the planting function you want, and your usage scenario.
 
Of course, there is no perfect seeder, and each one has its own characteristics (different push seeders have better accuracy rates for certain seed sizes)
 
If you wish to plant important cash crops like peanuts, corn, soybeans, and cotton, these four models are better suited for you. Model-S is the premium model, with more advanced capabilities and better sowing accuracy (more than or equal to 98%).
 
If you want a push seeder that can both seed and fertilize, Models A2 and C are better options. Model A2 can seed and fertilize at the same time.
 
A tuber seeder, as the name indicates, is a seeder designed for planting tuber plants. This push seeder is good in planting typical tuber economic crops like potatoes, onions, and garlic. It also allows for simultaneous sowing in several rows.
 
If you've previously used a Jang push seeder, there will be no learning curve with this one. This garden seeder is mostly used for planting small seeds like cauliflower, cabbage, peppers, and other plants. Of course, this Garden seeder may also sowing in serval rows, the maximum rows is 5 row

Push Seeder Structure

The structure of a push seeder is mainly composed of three parts: the main body, the handle and the cover wheel structure. (On the intro-picture we take the Haudin seed wheel push seeder as an example)

 
  • Main Body: The main machine consists of a gear box, a seed box, a tooth set and a tooth cover set. The gear box is equipped with a seed roller compartment, a brush roller compartment, a gear compartment and multiple sets of seed teeth surrounding the main body.
 
  • Handle: When consumers receive the product, they will find that the handle of Haudin's push seeder is made up of two parts: upper handle, lower handle, as well as the armrest's rubber. Fasten the top and lower handle together, and then attach them to the connection ports on both sides of the main unit to complete the push seeder construction. The rubber handle wraps around the handles on both sides of the handle, providing a greater grip and preventing the user from loosing their hands when sowing.
 
  • Cover Wheel: The springs on both sides of the main machine are connected to the wheel frames, so that the push seeder can cover the raised soil after completing the sowing operation.

In order to meet the needs of different situations, Haudin's seed drill has a variety of accessories to choose: 
 
1. Seed Roller: 
Haudin's seeder has up to 24 different seed rollers. The diameter of the slot inside the seed wheel ranges from about 0.4cm to 3.5mm, which can adapt to more than 90% of the seeds on the market. Users can replace the seed wheel as needed, achieving the purpose of one machine with multiple uses.
 
2. Seeder Handle:
· The standard metal handle: It is composed of 1.5mm thick galvanized steel pipe. Because of the electroplating layer, the handle is resistant to corrosion and has an appealing brilliant metal paint.
· Black plastic layer Handle: It is 1.5mm thick steel pipes with a black plastic finish. Compared to normal handrails, this type of handrail is more waterproof and rust-proof, but it is not wear resistant.
 
3. Seeder Teeth:
According to the planting depth of different crops, Haudin has corresponding seeder teeth to choose from, and the planting depth can range from 4cm to 9cm. Seeder Teeth are made of three materials: galvanized iron, stainless steel, and stainless steel chrome-plated. Galvanized iron teeth are standard. 
 
4. Soil Covering Wheel:
· Standard covering wheel: The plastic wheel is made of high-strength plastic and is equipped with a soil covering structure made of galvanized iron. The exposed seeds after planting can be protected by covering them with soil, thus ensuring the healthy growth of the seeds.
· Wide Covering Wheel: Wider plastic wheels, simple structure.
 
5. Teeth Cover Plate:
Additional cover structure allows for quick adjustment of planting depth by removing the cover. The height of the cover is 2 cm and 2.5 cm, and two different sizes of the cover can be stacked to achieve an adjustment range of about 4.5 cm planting depth.
 
6. Brush Roller & Gearbox:
Traditional push seeders have a difficulty in that numerous seeds fall into the same hole, resulting in a low seed rate or no seeds dropping. As a result, the Haudin seeder's brush wheel structure is connected to the gearbox on the back, and the counterclockwise rotation through the transmission structure can remove excess seeds, allowing one seed to correspond to one hole, resulting in a sowing accuracy of more than 98%.
 
7. Add-on Accessories:
Haudin periodically creates new planter attachments in response to client input and usage needs. The following planter accessories are now available:
· Row Maker: The marker can mark the next row of sowing while the seeder is working, and the user can adjust the sowing row spacing according to needs.
· Plastic film blade teeth: With the advancement of planting technology, more and more farmers are trying to use plastic film for greenhouse cultivation. In order to enable the push planter to achieve planting in this situation, we designed teeth with blades, which can allow the seeder's teeth to regularly destroy the plastic film and achieve sowing.

How to use Push Seeder

Once you have assembled the push planter, you will be able to quickly operate it. Of course, we have also included a video on the right so that you can learn how to use it. 
 
You only need to follow the sequence in the video to quickly start sowing (you don't need a driver's license like you do with a tractor)
 
1. Drop the seeds in the seed box (hopper), and they will follow the track into the machine until they reach the holes in the seed wheel.

2. Hold the handles with both hands, straighten your chest, look forward, press your push seeder forward, and enjoy the sowing!

3. After you've finished sowing, make sure to verify whether any seeds remain within the machine. If there are any, please tidy them up (do not throw them away! ). To avoid rust on the surface of metal parts, perform machine maintenance on a regular basis and store it in a dry and ventilated area.

Q: I see you have a lot of model numbers, what does it mean?
let's make 12S2 as an example, 12 represents the number of teeth, S represents the model, and the last number(2) represents the type of wheel.
 
Q:What if I want a dual function machine for sowing and fertilizing?
We recommend the A2 model or the C model. They both have dual functions, with the A2 model being able to sow and fertilize at the same time.
 
Q: What If I want to plant common cash crops such as peanuts, corn, and soybeans?
We recommend the best-selling S and H models, which have a higher sowing rate for common cash crop seeds. In the test of peanut and corn seeds, the accuracy of the S model can reach more than 98%.
 
Q: Can the tuber push seeder and vegetable push seeder plant multiple rows?
Of course! We can expand the number of rows of vegetable and tuber seeders. The vegetable seeder can be expanded to 6 rows, and if 12 rows are needed, it needs to be equipped with a gasoline engine. Similarly, the tuber seeder can be expanded to 5 rows.
 
Q: Whether the product requires a certain amount of learning?
